Cardian Safe Card Price & 30-Day Refund Guide

posted on October 12, 2026

Cardian The Safe Card is sold as a slim, passive RFID-blocking card that the maker says you place in your wallet beside contactless cards. If you are deciding based on price and refunds, the key point is simple: published package prices differ by promotion, while the seller’s terms say returns generally run for 30 days after delivery and may involve fees.

Disclosure: To be upfront, this page uses affiliate links. Buying through them may earn us a commission. You pay no more either way.

The seller’s site is cardiansafecard.com. It advertises the card as a no-battery, no-setup wallet accessory and says to “slide it into your wallet.”

What is Cardian The Safe Card supposed to do?

It is a card-sized accessory for a wallet. Cardian markets it for contactless cards, IDs, and passports that use RFID or NFC technology. Its stated job is to interfere with a nearby reader while those items remain in your wallet.

That is different from protecting an online account, stopping phishing, replacing bank alerts, or protecting a house from a break-in. It is a wallet accessory, not a full identity-theft or home-security service.

The maker’s ad says it “Blocks ALL RFID Scanners & Hackers,” has a “5cm force field,” and works forever. Those are the maker’s claims. A later Cardian promotional placement describes the narrower use: reducing unauthorized close-range scanning exposure for compatible cards kept near it in a wallet.

How much does Cardian The Safe Card cost?

The earlier Cardian promotional page showed the package prices below. The October 14, 2025 press release listed only the nine-card package at $129.99. These are not a promise of today’s checkout price. The seller’s page also uses changing promotions such as “54% Off – Today Only,” so check the final order screen before paying.

Package Earlier promotional-page price October 14, 2025 price What to know
3 cards $44.95 — The earlier promotional page listed a three-card package.
6 cards $89.90 — The earlier promotional page listed a six-card package.
9 cards $119.85 $129.99 The October release listed this package at $129.99 (shown as 59% off a $351.32 regular price).
12 cards $139.80 — The October release did not list a 12-card price, so use the checkout total as your decision price.

No captured term gives a separate shipping charge or tax amount. Before you submit payment, save a screenshot of the package, shipping charge, taxes, delivery estimate, and total. That gives you a clean record if the order later needs attention.

If you are comparing unfamiliar online offers, ICE Box price and refund questions shows the same practical checks to make before an order.

How long could shipping take?

The seller’s promotional material says orders ship with tracking and describes domestic delivery as typically 7 to 14 business days. Its terms set a different expectation: excluding pre-orders, estimated delivery can be up to 60 business days, and delays can occur.

The terms also say that, for U.S. residents, an order is automatically cancelled and refunded if the seller has not shipped it by an “Original Extended Period.” That term is not defined in the text here. If a delivery date matters to you, ask support to state the current estimate in writing before you pay.

How do you use the card?

Place Cardian The Safe Card in your wallet next to the contactless cards or documents you want it near. The seller says it needs no charging, activation, pairing, or app.

For tap-to-pay, remove your payment card from the wallet and hold that card directly to the terminal. Chip-and-pin and magnetic-stripe transactions use the payment card itself rather than the wallet setup.

Is Cardian Safe Card legitimate?

Cardian The Safe Card is presented as a product for sale with named package options, a support phone number, support email, shipping terms, and a stated return policy. That gives you a product and seller process to assess before ordering.

There are also details worth checking yourself. The seller’s page promises “FAST, TRACKED SHIPPING,” while its terms allow an estimated delivery time of up to 60 business days. The page calls its displayed comments “Verified Purchases,” but several visible review dates appear as “{datetime}.” The page also contains a promotion for a different item, “TITAN SMART HEALTH RING.” These are reasons to keep your order confirmation and read the final checkout terms closely.

Do not rely on an RFID card as your only fraud protection. Use bank alerts and review card activity. The product’s stated function concerns cards inside a wallet, not passwords, data breaches, lost cards, or online account access.

What does the 30-day refund policy mean?

The seller advertises a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.” Its terms say the return period begins when you receive the purchase, not when you place the order. For a returnable item, the terms require a return within 30 days of receipt, intact packaging, and an appropriate shipping container.

Situation Seller’s stated term
Cancel within 24 hours Possible if the order has not shipped; fee of up to 15% of the order amount may apply.
Cancel before shipment or fulfillment Possible for a short period; fee of up to 15% may apply.
Change your mind after delivery Return in original condition within the return period; fee of up to 25% of the product price may apply.
Visible shipping damage refused at delivery The terms list no cancellation fee.
Item materially different from what was ordered The terms list no cancellation fee.
Approved refund timing Refund goes to the original payment method; credit-card processing may take up to 45 working days.

The seller says it lists a return address in its contact terms. Do not mail the card first. Ask support for return authorization and the current return instructions, then use tracking and keep the receipt.

How do I get my money back if I already paid?

Start with a written request to support@savvysmartdeals.com or call +1 (833) 930-0707. Include your order number, order date, delivery date, the package purchased, and whether you are cancelling before shipment or requesting a return.

  1. State that you are requesting cancellation, a return, or a refund under the 30-day policy.
  2. Ask for written confirmation of eligibility, the fee if any, the return address, and the deadline.
  3. Keep copies of the order confirmation, your request, every reply, tracking proof, and the final checkout total.
  4. If a refund is approved, check the original payment method. The terms say card refunds can take up to 45 working days to appear.

If your order has not arrived, ask whether it has shipped and request tracking. If it has not shipped by the seller’s stated extended period, point to the U.S. refund provision in its delivery terms.

Do you need an RFID-blocking card for home safety?

No. An RFID wallet card does not deter a burglar or help if someone is inside your home. If you believe an intruder is in the house, leave safely if you can, do not confront the person, call 911, and stay hidden behind a locked or barricaded door if leaving is not safe. SafeStreets guidance describes this leave-or-hide-and-call approach.

Home-monitoring tools are a separate category.

Before you order

  • Confirm today’s package price, shipping charge, tax, and delivery estimate at checkout.
  • Ask support to confirm whether a cancellation or return fee would apply to your order.
  • Make sure your cards or documents are contactless before buying an RFID accessory for them.
  • Save your order confirmation and the policy shown on the day you order.

Concrete next step: If the package price and return fee work for you, save the checkout screen before submitting payment. If you already paid, send the written refund request today and keep the reply with your order records.
