Beyond Prostate Legit or Scam? Price, Refunds, Side Effects

posted on November 5, 2026

You saw the ad, it looked convincing, and now you want to know whether Beyond Prostate is legit before your card goes in. Yes, it is a product sold by a named company, and the seller says its formula is built on saw palmetto berries. Below you will find the company details, what the seller claims and what the studies say, the price and refund terms, the side effects, and what to do if you already paid.

Beyond Prostate: Refund Policy, Price, Side Effects

Is Beyond Prostate legit or a scam?

Calling a product a scam takes a finding from a regulator or a court, so this page sticks to what the seller publishes and what you can check yourself. Start with who stands behind the order. The terms page names Empower Health Laboratories as owner and operator. The shipping and return page says, “Our merchant, ClickBank, is processing your order. Your bank statement will show a charge from CLKBANK*.” The terms page also says, “The credit card will be charged from Empower Health LABS,” so your statement may show either name.

Support is listed as 1-800-974-2790 or support@empowerhealthlabs.com. Order support runs through ClickBank at clkbank.com. The footer of the shipping and return page also says, “Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.”

The homepage shows three customers by name and state: Matt Vazquez of Kentucky, Steven Villanueva of Florida and William Taylor of Delaware. The first is labeled “Verified Purchase.”

Type What it means for you
Documented on the seller’s pages Owned and operated by Empower Health Laboratories; orders processed by ClickBank; a one-time payment with no subscription, according to the seller; a 90-day money-back guarantee; a statement that the FDA has not evaluated the site’s statements
Warning signs The pages describe refunds differently (see the refund section); the charge may appear under two different names; a “Doctor Recommended Option!” label on the six-bottle option; “Claim Your Discounted Beyond Prostate™ Below While Supplies Last”; “Results vary by individual” sits beside “Real Life-Changing Results”
Unknown from the pages Whether the three named customers are real people; whether the cited study matches this exact formula; the amount of each ingredient beyond saw palmetto; the complaint history on file

Reviews online range widely. One titled “Beyond Prostate – Total Scam Or Legit? Read This Before Buying It” argues the claims outrun the evidence, and it notes that it may earn a commission on purchases made through its links. For the fake-news and billing red flags the FTC has described in past cases, see our elon musk bladder cure scam ad investigation. To check any seller on your own, our SharpVision legit check walks through the same steps.

Does Beyond Prostate work? What the research says

The seller’s pitch is built on saw palmetto. The homepage calls it “a commonly prescribed phytotherapeutic agent in Europe” and says the formula “promotes prostate health, supports urinary health, and enhances sexual well-being.” It cites a study titled “Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) in men with lower urinary tract symptoms: effects on urodynamic parameters and voiding symptoms,” and reports more than 50% improvement on the International Prostate Symptom Score in 21%, 30% and 46% of participants at 2, 4 and 6 months. Those figures are the seller’s reading of that study. Search PubMed for that exact title, and confirm the title matches before you rely on any PubMed record.

Other medical and consumer-testing sources are more cautious. ConsumerLab reported in 2012 that it “finds few likely to be effective” among prostate supplements with saw palmetto or beta-sitosterol. WebMD’s guide to BPH supplements says, “Research on these and others is limited, and the results are mixed,” and that saw palmetto “can take four to six weeks to show results.” For the trial details and their limits, see our saw palmetto trial evidence (our research library) guide.

Key finding

ConsumerLab reported in 2012 that it “finds few likely to be effective” among prostate supplements with saw palmetto or beta-sitosterol.

The homepage FAQ also says the product “is manufactured under strict manufacturing guidelines.” That is the seller’s statement, not an outside check of the product.

Is there a prostate supplement that really works?

Research on these supplements is mixed, and results vary from man to man. ConsumerLab’s page says there is “some evidence that certain supplements may help relieve symptoms of prostate enlargement (BPH).” That evidence is about urinary symptoms.

Is there anything that actually shrinks the prostate?

The homepage says zinc “Supports healthy prostate size,” which is the seller’s claim. The research above is about urinary symptoms, not prostate size. If you want to know what can reduce an enlarged prostate, ask a urologist which treatments fit your symptoms. Mayo Clinic’s TURP page covers one surgical option.

What is in each capsule?

The homepage says the formula contains “Over 19 Natural Ingredients” and names the following. It gives 200 mg for saw palmetto only, so check the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle for the amount of each other ingredient.

Ingredient What the seller says it does Research note
Saw palmetto berries, 200 mg “a commonly prescribed phytotherapeutic agent in Europe” Results mixed; see the research section
Zinc “A vital component in prostatic fluid”; “Supports healthy prostate size” Seller’s claim
Selenium “A powerful anti-oxidant”; “Supports overall prostate health” Seller’s claim
Pygeum africanum “Contains compounds that support prostate health”; “Support for healthy urine flow” Seller’s claim
Red raspberry “High in several powerful antioxidant compounds”; “Supports a healthy inflammatory response” Seller’s claim
Annona muricata (soursop) “May help support prostate health”; “Supports normal prostate function” Seller’s claim
Stinging nettle “Traditionally used to support overall prostate health” Seller’s claim

What does Beyond Prostate cost, and where do you buy it?

Prices as of October 28, 2026 on the seller’s homepage, and the Amazon listing as of November 5, 2026. Prices change, so check the checkout for today’s price. The homepage says you order by choosing a package and clicking the order button on that page.

Option on the seller’s homepage Price shown Per bottle What the page lists with it
30-day sampler (1 bottle) $69 $69 Free shipping and bonuses are listed for 3- and 6-bottle orders, not this option
90-day supply (3 bottles) $177 $59 Free shipping and two bonus eBooks; labeled “MOST POPULAR”
180-day supply (6 bottles) $294 $49 Free U.S. shipping and two bonus eBooks; labeled “BEST VALUE” and “LARGEST DISCOUNT”

The homepage labels the 90-day option “MOST POPULAR,” but it also says “95% of Customers Order The 6 Bottle Package.” Those two labels point to different choices, so pick the package by the total you would pay and how long you want the supply to last.

An Amazon listing under the brand Empower Health Labs is titled “Empower Health Beyond Prostate Supplement” and shows 60 capsules at $69.00, with 3.7 stars from 39 ratings. Other saw palmetto supplements on the same Amazon search page are listed below, so you can compare them side by side.

Listing (Amazon, November 5, 2026) Price Count Rating Ingredients named in the title
Empower Health Beyond Prostate Supplement $69.00 60 capsules 3.7 (39) Saw palmetto, zinc, red raspberry, stinging nettle
livenaturally Prostate Health Supplements, Saw Palmetto Complex $25.99 120 vegan capsules 4.3 (151) Stinging nettle, zinc, selenium, vitamin E
Force Factor Prostate Ultimate $49.99 180 capsules (2-month supply) 4.3 (337) Nettle, saw palmetto
Therabotanics Ideal Prostate Plus, beta sitosterol $59.95 60 capsules 4.1 (713) Beta sitosterol, saw palmetto, lycopene, zinc

Ingredients differ across these listings, so do not compare on price alone. Match the label on whatever you buy to the ingredient list you are comparing.

Is it a subscription, or a one-time charge?

The shipping and return page adds that upgrades or other products “will show up as separate transactions.” Check your bank statement after you order, and flag any CLKBANK* or Empower Health LABS line you did not expect.

How do Beyond Prostate refunds work?

The homepage says your order “comes with a full 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee” and tells you to “contact customer service within 90 days of your date of purchase to receive a full refund of your purchase price.” The shipping and return page calls it a “90-Day Money Back Guarantee” and adds these steps:

  • Call 1-800-974-2790 or email support@empowerhealthlabs.com to start a return and receive the return address.
  • Ship with a service that gives tracking, and send the tracking number to support.
  • The refund is processed “once our fulfillment center has received and reviewed the contents of the package,” then credited to the original card or bank account within 3-5 business days.
  • Initial order shipping fees, if you paid any, are non-refundable.

The returns page says to call or email to start a return, ship the package with tracking, and that the refund is processed once the fulfillment center receives and reviews the package. Ask support which steps apply to your order, and keep your tracking receipt.

What are the side effects, and who should check first?

The seller’s own warnings and the medical sources below cover who should check first.

Who or what What the source says Source
Taking prescription medicine for your prostate or urinary symptoms “show a bottle to their doctor to ensure compatibility with other medications and treatments” Beyond Prostate homepage FAQ
Taking tamsulosin (Flomax) with a BPH supplement “There isn’t enough research to definitively say that BPH supplements are safe to take with tamsulosin.” WebMD’s BPH supplement guide
Pregnant, nursing, or with a medical condition “consult your physician before using this product” Beyond Prostate disclaimer
Having a PSA test Keep your doctor “up to date on all supplements you are taking” WebMD’s BPH supplement guide
Saw palmetto, reported reaction A 64-year-old man “developed pancreatitis and heart block” after supplementing with saw palmetto, according to a report ConsumerLab’s 2017 note on saw palmetto
People avoiding common allergens The seller says the product is soy-free, gluten-free, milk-free, wheat-free, egg-free, GMO-free, peanut-free, shellfish-free, and sugar and sweetener-free Beyond Prostate homepage FAQ

Could I make the same thing myself?

You could buy the ingredients separately. The homepage says the formula has over 19 ingredients, names seven of them, and gives an amount only for saw palmetto (200 mg). It advises taking two capsules daily. Check the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle for the amount of each other ingredient, and ask a pharmacist to check the ingredient list against any medicine you take. Doing it yourself means finding each ingredient, measuring it and remembering it every day. WebMD’s guide also points out that “your diet and lifestyle play a significant role” in prostate health, and asks whether you smoke, drink heavily or are overweight. Keep those in the plan either way.

What if you already paid?

  1. Check your statement for a CLKBANK* or Empower Health LABS charge, and note each amount and date.
  2. Start the return well before day 90. All bottles (unopened, empty or partially full) must arrive at the fulfillment center within 90 days of your original order, so contacting support inside the window is not enough. Call 1-800-974-2790 or email support@empowerhealthlabs.com, ask for the return address, and send the tracking number. Return shipping is your cost, and if you miss the requirements there is no refund.
  3. Keep proof of shipping. The returns page says the refund is processed after the fulfillment center receives and reviews the package, and asks you to allow 3-5 business days to clear, depending on your bank.
  4. If no refund arrives, contact the card issuer and ask for a dispute. Georgia’s guide to scam losses starts with the same step: “Contact the company or bank that issued the credit card or debit card.” One legal-services guide says you “usually have 60 days from when the charge appeared on your statement.”
  5. Report the charge at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. The FTC’s site says to “Report a scam, a company, or an unwanted call.” The FTC does not reply to each report individually, but it uses them to investigate.

Before you order

  • Confirm the price and the refund wording on the checkout page the day you buy.
  • The return policy requires sending all bottles back to the fulfillment center for a full refund. Confirm the return address and the deadline with support.
  • Ask which study each footnote number refers to, and check the Supplement Facts panel for the amounts.
  • Ask your doctor before starting if you take prescription medicine for your prostate or urinary symptoms.
  • Search the Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker for Empower Health before you order.

If you decide to try it, start with the 30-day sampler at $69 per bottle. That lets you run the refund steps on one small order before you commit to a larger package.
