LipoMeltX Gummies Complaints: Billing, Shipping, Refunds

posted on October 3, 2026

If you have a problem with a LipoMeltX order, email support@lipomeltx.com first and keep the reply. Do not ship anything back until support sends you return instructions. The seller promises a one-time payment and a 60-day money-back guarantee, but its refund, shipping and FAQ pages disagree on details that decide whether you get your money back.

What is LipoMeltX selling, and what does it cost?

The seller's official site, lipomeltx.com, markets LipoMeltX as a berry-flavored daily gummy with berberine HCl for metabolism, blood sugar and appetite. Each bottle holds 30 gummies. Prices below are as shown on the seller's page as of October 3, 2026; check the checkout for today's.

Package Per bottle Total shown Shipping
2 bottles (60-day supply) $79 $158 Added on top
3 bottles (90-day supply) $69 $207 Not stated on the page
6 bottles (180-day supply) $49 $294 Free US shipping

The page also says only 37 bottles remain “at the current price” and shows crossed-out higher prices. Treat that as sales pressure, not a deadline. The page labels the 6-bottle kit as your “recommended protocol” and says Dr. Richard Lyon's team chose it “based on your profile.” Nothing on the page shows you filled in a profile, so read it as a pitch for the largest, most expensive option.

Will I be charged again? Is it a subscription?

The seller's FAQ says no. It describes LipoMeltX as a one-time payment with “no subscriptions, no hidden fees, no auto-billing of any kind.” The same page says BuyGoods is the retailer of the product. So the charge on your card statement may show that name rather than LipoMeltX. Look for it before you assume a charge is a mistake.

If you see a second charge you did not agree to, take these steps:

  • Screenshot the statement line and your order confirmation.
  • Email support@lipomeltx.com with your order ID and ask in writing what the charge is for.
  • If you get no clear answer, ask your card issuer how to dispute the charge.

What if my order is late, lost or never arrives?

This is where the seller's terms put most of the risk on you. The shipping policy says the following:

Situation What the shipping policy says
Processing 1-2 business days, no weekends or US holidays. Wrong or incomplete payment or address details can add 3-5 business days.
Delivery time All delivery times are estimates. The seller says it is not responsible for delays or for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed.
Tracking says “delivered” but you have nothing No refund from the seller. It tells you to contact the carrier.
Wrong address entered Your responsibility. After processing, the seller says it cannot change the address. It offers a re-ship or refund only if the package comes back to it.
You refuse a package Shipping and handling is deducted from your refund, and the refund waits until the seller receives and reviews the package.
Cancelling Only if you contact the seller within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.

The seller's pages give several delivery-related timeframes. The shipping policy says orders take 1-2 business days to process. The FAQ says most US customers get their order in 3 to 5 business days, and also says an order arrives “in less than 3 days” is normal. Neither is a guarantee, because the shipping policy disclaims delivery times.

Because of the 24-hour cancellation window, email support the same day if you change your mind or spot a mistake in the address.

How do I actually get a refund?

The refund policy promises a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee, “no questions asked.” The steps it gives are:

  1. Contact support, ideally by email, to request the return.
  2. Wait for the authorized warehouse return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship back unused or empty bottles. You pay return shipping.

Once the refund is processed, you should get an email. The refund policy says credit card refunds can take 5-7 business days to appear and debit card refunds 5-10 business days.

Here is where the seller's pages conflict, and what it means for you:

Point Page A Page B
Do you keep the bottles? The sales-page FAQ says “You keep the bottles” and promises “no phone calls.” The refund policy says to ship product back. The shipping policy says you must return all bottles, empty, full or partly used, including free or bonus bottles.
What if you return only some bottles? Refund policy: silent. Shipping policy: a partial refund.
Deadline Refund policy and FAQ: request within 60 days of purchase. Shipping policy: the package must arrive at the fulfillment center within 60 days of the original purchase.
Paperwork Refund policy: contact support first and wait for instructions. Shipping policy: include a note in the box with your order ID, full name, address, email and phone, plus the packing slip if you have it.
Tracking Refund policy: do not ship without contacting support first. Shipping policy: you must provide a tracking number or the review may be delayed.
Refund timing Refund policy: 5-7 business days (credit) or 5-10 (debit). Shipping policy: 3-5 business days.

The safest reading is the strictest one. Email support early, well inside 60 days, and ask for the return instructions in writing. Ask directly whether you must send back every bottle, and whether the 60 days is counted to your request date or to the date the parcel arrives. Then ship with tracking and put the order details in the box. Mailing time counts against you under the shipping policy's wording, so do not wait until the last week.

The refund policy lists a fulfillment-house return address in Aurora, Colorado. The shipping policy footer lists a different mailing address in Orlando, Florida. Send returns only to the address support gives you in writing.

Who do I contact, and which number works?

The seller lists support@lipomeltx.com and says it replies to email within 24 hours. The contact page lists +1 (720) 619-8477, and the refund policy lists a different number, +1 (970) 406-7582. Both are shown as open 7AM to 9PM, seven days a week. Email is the better choice because it gives you a written record. If you call, follow up by email with the date, the time and what you were told.

What should I weigh before keeping or reordering the product?

The page quotes five customers, each with a name and city, and some of the stories are dramatic: weight losses of 19 to 31 pounds, and one customer with type 2 diabetes whose doctor reduced a medication. These are the seller's own testimonials, and you cannot check them. The page also gives no independent testing of the finished gummy.

The seller says berberine is “a botanical compound studied for its effect on blood sugar and metabolic markers.” The seller's own disclaimer says the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Cleveland Clinic has a separate article comparing berberine and metformin. It describes berberine as a supplement that may be useful in type 2 diabetes but with less research than the prescription drug. For help separating what an ingredient is studied for from what a gummy is marketed to do, see this guide to ingredient evidence versus marketing claims.

If you take diabetes medication, ask your clinician before using it. Cleveland Clinic's diabetes educator warns that supplements or herbals said to lower blood sugar can be dangerous alongside diabetes medicines. The seller's FAQ also tells you to inform your doctor before starting, including if you take metformin.

Blood sugar questions people ask alongside this

Many people searching about these gummies are really worried about their blood sugar. Here is what independent health organizations say.

What is the quickest way to lower blood sugar?

There is no safe shortcut. Cleveland Clinic's diabetes educator says lowering blood sugar naturally is “a lifestyle change, not a quick fix” that may take weeks or months. MD Anderson‘s endocrinologist says muscles take up glucose when you exercise, so being active helps. It recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week and drinking water instead of sugary drinks.

Get medical help if your blood sugar is above 300 mg/dL and not responding to your usual management, per MD Anderson. The CDC says to check for ketones if you are sick and at 240 mg/dL or above, and to call your doctor if they are high, because diabetic ketoacidosis is a medical emergency.

How do I flush sugar out of my blood?

You cannot flush it with a product. MD Anderson explains that when blood sugar is high, your kidneys filter excess sugar out through urine, and staying hydrated helps that process. Grady Health says similar. Water, activity and fewer sugary drinks are the evidence-backed steps.

What are five signs your blood sugar is too high?

MD Anderson lists these common signs of high blood sugar:

  • Blurred vision
  • Dizziness
  • Frequent urination
  • Extreme thirst
  • A general unwell feeling

It also lists frequent infections and unintentional weight loss, and notes blood sugar can be high with no symptoms at all. Only a blood test shows where you stand. The American Heart Association's fasting ranges are under 100 mg/dL normal, 100 to 125 prediabetes, and 126 or higher in the diabetes range. See a clinician for a diagnosis.

What is the best drink to lower blood sugar, and is there a “golden drink”?

Water is the one the CDC, American Heart Association and MD Anderson all point to, in place of juice, soda and other sugary drinks. MD Anderson says no single food can lower blood sugar on its own, and that applies to drinks sold as secret or golden fixes too. Cleveland Clinic warns that many natural remedies have no research behind their effectiveness and safety.

What do people in China use to treat diabetes?

None of the independent health sources here cover a specific traditional remedy. If you are considering any herbal product, bring the exact label to your clinician or pharmacist before combining it with diabetes medicine.

Before you order

  • Ask support in writing whether the refund requires every bottle back, and what the 60-day deadline counts to.
  • Ask which name will appear on your card statement.
  • Ask for the full ingredient and amount-per-gummy label, since the sales page shows only front-of-bottle images.
  • Screenshot the price, guarantee and “one-time payment” wording at checkout.
  • Talk to your clinician first if you take diabetes or blood pressure medication.
