Olivaro Complaints Guide: Billing, Shipping and Refund Steps

posted on November 5, 2026

You searched “Olivaro complaints” (also searched as olivero). That usually means you saw the ad or video and want to know what can go wrong with your money before you order. For Olivaro, the money questions are billing, shipping and refunds, and the seller’s own pages do not agree on the refund terms. Read the refund section before you pay, and if you have already ordered, the steps at the end start with the fastest fix.

Why are Olivaro complaint pages hard to trust?

Pages titled “Olivaro reviews” or “Olivaro complaints” often carry order buttons. Treat any star rating you see on them as advertising, including on this page. The seller’s own site also says its testimonials are not guaranteed to match typical results (see the testimonials section below).

How do Olivaro refunds work?

The sales page promises a 60-day guarantee. It says that if you are not satisfied within 60 days, you email the seller and it will buy back all the bottles at the price you paid, “no questions asked,” even if they are damaged. The six-bottle package also carries what the page calls a Lifetime Guarantee, which it describes as the right to ask for your money back “at any time in the future.”

The seller’s written policy sets tighter conditions. It says the trial minimum is 30 days, that you must begin the return within 60 days of purchase, and that only sealed bottles qualify. It deducts a 20% restocking fee from the order total. Refunds exclude shipping and customs fees, and you pay the return shipping.

Term Sales page says Written policy says
Return window 60 days, “no questions asked” Trial minimum of 30 days; return must begin within 60 days of purchase
Bottle condition Damaged bottles are taken back Only sealed bottles are eligible
Fee Bottles bought back at the price you paid 20% restocking fee deducted from the total order
Shipping Free shipping on 3 and 6-bottle orders at purchase Refund excludes shipping and customs fees; you pay return shipping

Because the two seller pages disagree, ask support which terms apply before you order, and ask for the answer in writing. The policy also says the team helps after at least 30 days of continuous use, so count your days before you plan a return.

What will I be charged?

Prices as of November 4, 2026, on the seller’s sales page; check the checkout for today’s.

Pack Price per bottle Total shown Shipping
2 bottles, 60-day supply $79 $158 (listed down from $298) Added on top; listed at $9.99 on the seller’s pricing
3 bottles, buy 2 get 1 free, 90-day supply $69 $207 (listed down from $447) Free
6 bottles, buy 3 get 3 free, 180-day supply $49 $294 (listed down from $894) Free

Before you pay, check that the checkout total matches the pack you picked, and that no repeat charge appears at checkout. Save a screenshot of the order summary, then compare it with your card statement. The sales page shows a remaining-bottle count (218 bottles on November 4, 2026) and a time-limited offer. Neither changes the refund terms above.

How long does Olivaro shipping take, and what if it is late?

The sales page says orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, with typical U.S. delivery in 3 to 5 business days. If your order is late, email support with your order number and ask for a delivery date in writing. The seller says it typically responds to emails within 48 business hours.

Is Olivaro sold on Amazon or in stores?

The seller’s FAQ says Olivaro is only sold through its official website. It says buying elsewhere “may expose you to counterfeit or expired products that are not covered under the official guarantee.” By the seller’s own account, the refund terms above will not protect a bottle bought from another seller.

Is Olivaro FDA approved?

The sales page says Olivaro is made in a “U.S. FDA-registered and GMP-certified facility,” but the FDA does not approve manufacturing facilities; it registers them and inspects them for good manufacturing practice (FDA).

Supplements are not approved before they go on sale either. A 1994 GAO report on FDA supplement rules found that manufacturers do not submit safety data to FDA before marketing, and that FDA generally acts on complaints. For the full picture, see FDA’s dietary supplements page. The seller’s own site adds that its statements “have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.”

Are the customer stories on the sales page real?

The sales page shows named customer stories about walking, energy and independence. The seller’s footer says some names and personal details were changed, and that these results “may not reflect the typical buyer’s experience.” Read them as the seller’s marketing. For more on how to judge buyer accounts, see our olivaro reviews page.

What if I take diabetes medicine or other prescriptions?

The seller’s FAQ says that if you take metformin, insulin, blood pressure medication or any other prescription drug, you should “not change your dosage on your own” and should involve your doctor. For what the product claims and what its ingredients are, see our does olivaro work page.

What should I confirm before I order?

  • Which refund terms apply: the 60-day buy-back on the sales page, or the policy’s sealed-bottle rule and 20% fee. Get the answer in writing from support.
  • Whether the six-bottle Lifetime Guarantee is in writing, and what its conditions are.
  • Who pays return postage, and whether any shipping is refunded.
  • Whether the checkout shows any repeat charge.
  • The support email address, taken from the official order page or the label, not from a search result or a third-party listing.

What should I do if I already paid?

  1. Check your card statement against the order summary today.
  2. Email the support address on the official order page with your order number, the charge and what you want (a refund or a correction). Ask for a written reply.
  3. If you return bottles, begin the return within 60 days of purchase, send sealed bottles with tracking, and keep the tracking number.
  4. If the seller does not answer within 48 business hours, or refuses a return its own written terms allow, contact your card issuer about disputing the charge, and keep every email. You can also report the problem at the FTC’s ReportFraud site.
