posted on October 30, 2026

Professional Formulas Glucose Drops is a real product sold by Blue Sky Vitamin, a US retailer that lists it at $21.00. The seller says it is designed to fit a practitioner-informed wellness routine and to provide targeted nutritional support for consistent daily use. Is Professional Formulas Glucose Drops legit?

The seller’s product page lists a real SKU (PRF1251), a UPC, a 2 fl oz size, a live price and an add-to-cart button. The seller calls itself a “doctor-owned authorized online retailer” that has operated since 2007 and is located in Minnesota. The product page says Professional Formulas has been a “trusted provider of practitioner-grade nutritional solutions” since 1984.

Who sells it and how do I reach them?

Blue Sky Vitamin sells it. The seller says it ships only within the United States, because “Due to customs restrictions, at this time, Blue Sky Vitamin only ships within the United States.” Customer support is at 1-800-743-1406, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm CST, and the phone line is closed on the holidays the contact page lists. The Contact page also has a message form and live chat.

What does the maker say it does?

The product page describes Glucose Drops as “designed to fit into a practitioner-informed wellness routine,” and says it “provides targeted nutritional support for consistent daily use.” The seller lists these benefits: “Helps maintain balance in key areas of everyday wellness,” “Designed for effective absorption and utilization,” and “Manufactured with attention to purity and consistency.” It also says the product is “Free from gluten and common allergens.”

Blood sugar and diabetes are not named anywhere on the product page. If an ad linked this product name to blood sugar, the product page does not make that link. The seller’s disclaimer reads: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

Does it work for blood sugar?

A 1994 GAO report on FDA dietary supplement oversight described the agency’s objective as making sure supplements are safe and that their labeling claims are truthful and not misleading. That is a test of safety and labels, not proof that a product lowers blood sugar.

To understand how these products are judged, read our guide on weight, blood sugar and gut health. Before you order, ask Blue Sky Vitamin or Professional Formulas which study, if any, stands behind a blood-sugar use.

What is in it, and how much do I take?

The product page has an Ingredients tab, and the bottle label carries the full list and the dose. The product page’s FAQ says the formula is “strictly gluten-free and manufactured in a facility that avoids common allergens.” It also says that at the recommended dosage on the label, one bottle “typically provides a 30–60 day supply depending on usage.” Follow the dose printed on your bottle.

How much does it cost?

Prices as of October 30, 2026; check the checkout for today’s. The product page shows the following options.

Option Price shown Notes
One-time purchase $21.00 2 fl oz bottle
Subscribe $21.00 A “Subscription details” link sits beside it. Read it before you choose this.
Buy with HSA/FSA Listed on the page The product page offers this payment button

At the seller’s 30 to 60 day estimate, that works out to about $0.35 to $0.70 a day. The product page lists standard shipping orders as arriving in “1-4 business days,” and free shipping applies to “Orders over $30.” At $21.00, check your cart for the shipping charge. The seller’s price match guarantee page says Blue Sky Vitamin “will match a competitor’s current price on any identical item” at the time of sale.

The product page lists availability as low stock, so if you decide to buy, order soon. To check today’s price and order, visit the Product Page.

Are there side effects, and who should skip it?

Read the warnings on the label. If you take medicine for blood sugar, talk with your prescriber or a pharmacist before you start, since that is the step to take before adding any supplement to a medicine you already use.

An FDA supplement labeling guidance from 2009 describes a requirement that a supplement marketed in the United States carry a domestic address or phone number where its maker or distributor can receive reports of serious adverse events. Look for that contact on the label. If you have a serious reaction, contact your clinician right away and report it to that number.

How do returns, refunds and cancellations work?

The returns page says you may return or exchange “any unopened product(s) in its original condition within 45 days of purchase.” Because the rule covers unopened products, an opened bottle falls outside it.

Situation What the seller’s pages say
Unopened bottle, original condition Return or exchange within 45 days of purchase (returns page)
Return shipping The cost of the shipping label the seller creates is deducted from your refund
Wrong item sent The seller says it will correct the error “at absolutely no cost to you”
Damaged in shipping Do not throw away the packaging or packing slip, and contact the seller immediately
Excluded items Products requiring ice packs, cosmetics and special order products are final sale. The product page lists this item as not heat sensitive.
Cancelling an order Contact customer support right away. The shipping page warns that fulfillment starts quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed. If the package arrives, a return can be started, and the refund is issued minus the return label cost.

To start a return or exchange, call 1-800-743-1406. For a step-by-step on refunds and card charges from a similar product, see our keto drops scam check.

How do I avoid a billing surprise?

Choose the one-time purchase unless you really want a subscription. The product page offers Subscribe at the same $21.00, and the seller has an Auto-Ship Subscriptions page. Open the subscription details before you select it, and save your order confirmation. When the order arrives, check your card statement. If you see a charge you did not approve, call your card issuer and then Blue Sky Vitamin at 1-800-743-1406.

Before you order

  • Today’s price, and whether your cart qualifies for free shipping (the page lists free shipping on orders over $30).
  • The subscription terms, if Subscribe is in your cart.
  • The full ingredient list and dose on the Ingredients tab and the bottle label.
  • Any study behind a blood-sugar use, which you can request from support at 1-800-743-1406.
  • The 45-day return window, counted from your purchase date.

If you already paid

Call 1-800-743-1406 within 45 days of purchase and ask for a return label. Keep the bottle unopened and keep the packaging. If a second charge appears that you did not approve, contact your card issuer the same day.
