TRE House Extra Strength Mushroom Gummies are 21+ gummies marketed with Neurotonin™ plus turkey tail, lion’s mane, cordyceps and chaga. Before ordering, compare your pouch’s batch number with the July 2026 certificates and read the California Department of Public Health warning from December 2025.

What is in TRE House Extra Strength Mushroom Gummies?
TRE House says its Extra Strength Mushroom Gummies use Neurotonin™ with nootropic and adaptogenic mushroom extracts. The seller says they do not contain psilocybin, psilocin, psilacetin (4-AcO-DMT), 4-hydroxy-DET, 4-Acetoxy-DET or amanita muscaria.
The product collection gives one gummy as the recommended serving size. A third-party reseller’s product listing gives the following amounts per gummy; check the label on your pouch before ordering.
| Listed ingredient | Amount per gummy |
|---|---|
| Neurotonin™ proprietary blend | 30 mg |
| Turkey tail | 20 mg |
| Lion’s mane | 20 mg |
| Cordyceps | 20 mg |
| Chaga | 20 mg |
TRE House lists these Extra Strength flavors: Blue Raspberry, Watermelon Wonder, Strawberry Dream, Sour Apple, Juicy Mango, Sour Tropical, Sour Cherry and Sour Grape. The name “magic mushroom” alone does not identify a formula, so use the ingredient panel and matching batch report when comparing products. For a separate guide to checking mushroom-gummy labels, see mushroom gummies for weight loss.
What do the July 2026 lab certificates show?
TRE House’s Lab Reports page lists July 1, 2026 ACS Laboratory certificates for Strawberry Dream batch THMG-SD128, Blue Raspberry batch THMG-BR128, Watermelon Wonder batch THMG-WW128 and Sour Tropical batch THMG-ST128.
Those seller-published ACS Laboratory certificates identify the product, flavor, batch and July 1, 2026 date. Check the analyte-result rows on the certificate for your flavor and batch before making your decision. Each certificate says its results apply to the sample received, so the report is useful only when the flavor and batch identifier on your pouch match the flavor and batch identifier on the certificate.
- Find the flavor and batch number on your pouch.
- Open the seller’s lab-report page.
- Match both details and check the analyte-result rows before making your decision.
What is the California warning about?
On December 11, 2025, the California Department of Public Health warned consumers not to eat TRE House Magic Mushroom gummies, chocolate bars or syrup. CDPH said products it tested contained 4-Acetoxy-DET and that most also contained 4-Acetoxy-DMT; it described those compounds as illegal psychedelics and said consumption could lead to severe illness, hospitalization or death.
The CDPH warning names Strawberry Dream, Watermelon Wonder and Sour Tropical gummies among products it said were tested and determined to be adulterated. It says the warning applies regardless of lot number or date information on the packaging.
TRE House’s product-page footer also says its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
How much do TRE House gummies cost?
Prices shown October 24, 2026: TRE House displayed Blue Raspberry Extra-Strength Mushroom Gummies at $34.99, reduced from $44.99. The seller advertises free shipping on orders of $75 or more; check checkout for today’s price and shipping charge.
| Product shown | Price shown | Count shown |
|---|---|---|
| Blue Raspberry Extra-Strength Mushroom Gummies | $34.99 sale price; $44.99 original price | 10 gummies (as shown on the product packaging) |
TRE House says buyers must be 21 or older and that online checkout uses AgeChecker. Its shipping page lists California as restricted for all products, and lists Magic Mushrooms as restricted in North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah.
How do the guarantee and returns work?
The mushroom-gummy collection displays a “60-DAY GUARANTEE.” TRE House’s Terms & Conditions page says unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 60 days from the order date for a purchase-price refund. Its dedicated return-policy page instead says unopened or minimally used items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
For a return, the seller says to submit an RMA request through its returns portal using your order number and email address. The return policy says non-defective return shipping is your responsibility, shipping charges are non-refundable, and promotional items must be returned or their value may be deducted. It says a refund is issued to the original payment method two to five business days after the returned item is received in satisfactory condition.
If you already paid, start the RMA request while the applicable window is still open and ask support whether the 60-day or 30-day term applies to your order. For another example of checking a health-product offer’s terms before paying, see neurolift reviews.
Questions to answer before you order
- Does the flavor and batch number on your pouch match a current certificate?
- Are you 21 or older, and can the product be shipped to your state?
- Which return window will apply to your order: the 60-day wording on the shipping page or the 30-day wording on the return-policy page?
- Have you considered the December 2025 California warning alongside the certificate for the specific batch you are considering?
If you want your money back, submit the RMA request and retain your order details and original packaging.
