UT123 Legit or Scam? Price, Refund, Ingredients, Side Effects

posted on October 29, 2026

UT123 is a real product from Just Thrive, and its label says it is manufactured for DMS Natural Health, Inc. Nothing documented calls it a scam. The maker says it is a three-botanical urinary tract supplement that works fast, and below is what the label, the price, the refund terms and the checkout actually say so you can decide.

Is UT123 legit?

Yes, UT123 is a real product sold on Just Thrive’s own website. The label reads “Manufactured for: DMS Natural Health, INC.,” and the site’s terms of use name DMS Natural Health, Inc. as the company you agree with. Support is reachable by phone, text, email and live chat. US supplement labels must include a domestic address or phone number for reporting serious adverse events (FDA labeling guidance). The UT123 label lists a Park Ridge, IL address and 800.455.8939.

Search results for “Just Thrive” often mix in Just Thrive Probiotic, which is a separate product. Check that you are reading about UT123. For a different supplement, NHINWatch’s is purdentix legit check covers the same claim, price and refund questions.

What is in UT123?

Each bottle holds 60 vegetable capsules. The Supplement Facts panel lists three extracts per serving of two capsules, with 30 servings per container. Daily value is not established for any of them.

Ingredient Amount per serving (2 capsules) What the seller says
Pacran (cranberry fruit 50:1 extract) 500 mg The seller describes a whole-fruit cranberry extract containing D-mannose and PAC, which it says “impede pathogens from adhering to the urinary wall.” It says Pacran is protected by 6 different U.S. patents.
Ellirose hibiscus extract 200 mg The label copy calls it “an all-natural hibiscus powerhouse.”
Nigellin BCS (black cumin seed extract) 100 mg The label copy calls it “an extract used for centuries for its therapeutic benefits.”

The other ingredients are hypromellose (the vegetable capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate. The FAQ says magnesium stearate “is recognized as safe by the FDA and is an industry standard.”

Orders process in 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping insurance covers loss or damage in transit. It does not cover delays or theft, and a package is usually declared lost after about 15 days with no movement. Addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

Does UT123 work, and does it have side effects?

The seller says UT123 “goes to work fast, often within 24 hours,” and that it “targets E. coli, the bacteria responsible for 90% of UT problems.” The product page says that by days 2 to 7 you may feel more comfortable “sleeping through the night.” It also says about 60% of women will get at least one urinary tract issue in their lifetime, and that women are 8x more likely to get them. It does not name a source for those figures. The reviews on the page are testimonials the seller displays.

Neither the label nor the product page lists side effects for UT123. The label says to consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, or have a medical condition. It says ages 8 and up.

The directions differ. The label says take 2 capsules with food as part of your daily routine. The product page also says take 2 capsules at the first sign of discomfort, with or without a meal, at any time, day or night.

What about waking up to pee at night?

Waking at night to pee is called nocturia. Cleveland Clinic’s Cleveland Clinic’s nocturia guide says it is normal to get up once or twice, and that if you wake to pee at least twice, that counts as nocturia. Three trips falls in that range. The clinic says it can be a sign of an underlying problem, and that treatment depends on the cause and may include lifestyle changes or medications.

Northwestern Medicine’s tips on stopping nighttime urination quotes a urologist: “A lot of it is just education and behavioral modifications.” The same urologist says “the most important thing that I like people to minimize is alcohol.” The article says the average adult pees six to seven times in 24 hours and can sleep six to eight hours at night without a bathroom break.

If the trips keep happening, write down how often you wake and for how long, and bring that record to a clinician who can look at the cause.

Before you order

  • Read the cart total against the subscription discount line.
  • Ask support in writing which refund terms apply to your order: first purchase only, or up to two bottles.
  • Ask for the studies behind “clinically proven” and the test report behind “3rd-Party Quality Tested.”
  • Decide on the $1.99 shipping insurance before checkout, since it is selected by default.
  • If you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist first, as the label advises.
  • When the bottle arrives, check that the safety seal is intact. The label says to use it only if the seal is intact.

If you already paid

Email support@justthrivehealth.com or call +1 (800) 455-8939 with your order number, and ask for a refund under the “Bottom of the Bottle” guarantee. Also submit the request through the Return Portal, which the product page says you must use to receive a refund. Keep your order confirmation and the bottle. If you were charged for a subscription you meant to skip, log in and skip or cancel before the next shipment. If the refund is refused, reply in writing and quote the guarantee wording from the page.
